Newcastle United keen on Watford’s Ismaila Sarr?

Newcastle United have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Watford winger Ismaila Sarr.

The Magpies are said to be stepping up for a major overhaul in the mid-season transfer window, with the new hierarchy in need of improvement for the second half of the campaign.

According to the Daily Mail, Newcastle United have identified the Senegal international as a prime target, although the Hornets are unlikely to consider a deal in January.

The 23-year-old winger has caught eyes so far this season, having scored four times in the opening nine top flight matches.

The newly wealthy Magpies are now tipped as Sarr’s next destination.
