Arsenal hopeful of signing Yves Bissouma

Arsenal are at the head of the queue to sign Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma this summer.

The 24-year-old has enjoyed an impressive 2020-21 campaign for the Seagulls.

His progress has seen him linked with Liverpool, Leicester City and West Ham United, but The Star claims that Arsenal are favourites to sign him.

The Gunners have already made contact with his representatives, and they are confident of securing his signature during the summer transfer window.

Graham Potter’s side are likely to consider the playmaker’s sale at the end of the season, but they could demand as much as £30 million.

The Mali international has made 91 appearances for Brighton & Hove Albion since his move from Lille in 2018.
