Arsenal interested in Chelsea star Jorginho?

Arsenal have emerged as rumoured suitors for Chelsea vice-captain Jorginho.

The Gunners are said to be in the market to acquire the services of Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar before the deadline passes on October 5.

However, it seems that Mikel Arteta’s side are prepared to consider alternatives.

According to Sky Sports News, the North London outfit have identified Jorginho as an alternative option as they bid to bolster their midfield.

While the 28-year-old Italian has started the season in the Blues starting lineup, the club officials could be happy to cash in on the midfielder for the right price.

Jorginho still has three years left to run on his contract at Stamford Bridge.
