Leeds United have reportedly expressed an interest in making an audacious move for Toulouse midfielder Manu Kone as a potential transfer target.
The Elland Road outfit had been hoping to sign Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher on a permanent deal, only for the Blues to instead loan the 20-year-old midfielder to West Bromwich Albion.
That has left the Yorkshire giants to assess their options ahead of the transfer deadline day on October 5.
According to The Daily Mail, Leeds United have outlined their intentions to move for the France Under-19 international, who has less than a year left on his contract.
Kone racked up 13 appearances for the Ligue 1 outfit during the last campaign.
