Leeds United plot Mariano Diaz swoop

Real Madrid striker Mariano Diaz appears to be on the verge of bidding farewell to the Spanish champions as the current season draws to a close.

The rumour mill suggests that Leeds United have set sights on Diaz as a potential suitor, expressing a keen interest in acquiring the services of the 29-year-old frontman.

According to Defensa Central, it seems that Diaz finds himself outside the realms of significance in the tactical blueprints devised by the esteemed Carlo Ancelotti at the iconic Santiago Bernabeu.

With his current contract set to expire on the 30th of June, Diaz now finds himself inundated with a multitude of tempting offers.

However, it is worth noting that the Spaniard currently commands an annual wage of €4.5 million, rendering his potential suitors unable to match his financial demands, except for the ambitious Leeds United, who are prepared to meet the economic requisites set forth by the player.

Meanwhile, West Ham United have also been linked with a possible move for the Real Madrid attacker.
