Leeds United are in the final stages of talks with Hoffenheim over a potential deal to sign Georginio Rutter.
Leeds manager Jesse Marsch is said to be in the market for a new attacker and has identified the 20-year-old as one of his primary targets.
According to Fabrizio Romano, talks between Leeds United and Hoffenheim are ‘very advanced’ over a deal for the youngster, and a fee of approximately €30m is currently being negotiated.
The Frenchman has scored two goals and registered two assists in 15 top-flight appearances for Hoffenheim.
The attacker is under contract at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena until 2026, but it is thought that the Bundesliga outfit would be prepared to part ways with him if the Whites meet their asking price.
Rutter has struggled to get regular first-team playing time this season, only appearing off the bench in 13 of his 16 appearances in all competitions.
