Liverpool to consider move for Bruno Guimaraes?
Liverpool have reportedly “explored” the possibility of signing in-demand Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes.
The Brazil international is contracted to The Magpies until the summer of 2026, but Manchester City, Chelsea and Real Madrid have all been linked with a move for the attacker.
He has been one of the Wolves’ standout performers after arriving in January, snubbing interest from Arsenal to link up with the Magpies.
The 24-year-old ended his first half-season at St James’ Park with five goals and one assist from 17 top flight matches.
Guimaraes’s efforts have helped Eddie Howe’s side rise into the top four of the Premier League table, and the elite clubs are understandably monitoring his performances.
Now, TNT Sports claims that Liverpool have also joined the race in signing Guimaraes.
The midfielder has a total of seven goals and three assists from 27 games for the Tyneside outfit.
