Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for the newly-promoted Premier League side Fulham, according to The Sun.
The Cottagers have identified the Serbian as a possible summer signing.
The 33-year-old is set to part ways with the Red Devils after a five-year association since 2017. He has since made 189 appearances for the club, contributing four goals and 11 assists.
With his contract expiring next summer, the veteran midfielder has decided to move away from the Old Trafford.
Matic has spent nine seasons in the English Premier League, four with Chelsea and five with Manchester United. In all, he racked up 251 appearances and has won the league title thrice, all with the west Londoners.
As Fulham prepare to return to the Premier League next season, they have been linked with Lazio goalie Thomas Strakosha and West Ham United full-back Ryan Fredericks.
