Manchester City join race to sign Christopher Nkunku?

Manchester City have reportedly placed emphasis on signing RB Leipzig midfielder Christopher Nkunku, according to a report.

The 23-year-old is believed to have caught the attention of City manager Pep Guardiola and according to Fichajes, the English champions, along with Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, are all thought to be weighing up a move for the attacking midfielder.

The Frenchman still has three years left to run on his contract with RB Leipzig.

Nkunku, who has also been linked with Liverpool, came through the ranks at PSG and made 78 appearances for their senior side before joining the Bundesliga outfit in July 2019.

Nkunku has made a bright start to the new season, contributing nine goals in just eight games across all competitions.
