Manchester United hoping to rekindle their interest in Rennes attacker Eduardo Camavinga.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is intent on signing a new midfielder, and the Premier League giants have been long-time admirers of the 18-year-old playmaker.
Declan Rice, Yves Bissouma and Saul Niguez are also said to be on Manchester United’s radar, but Camavinga could be the number one target to go for before next week’s transfer deadline.
Speaking on Reach PLC’s The Transfer Window Podcast, journalist Duncan Castles said: “United are looking at other individuals [to Saul].
“I’m told that they have accelerated their interest in Eduardo Camavinga over the last week.”
Camavinga has made 85 appearances for the Ligue 1 outfit.
