Bayer Leverkusen have reportedly joined the list of clubs wanting to sign Tottenham Hotspur full-back Serge Aurier.
The Ivory international became a regular under Jose Mourinho in the latter stages of the previous season, but speculation over a move away from the Lilywhites has continued to persist regardless.
The Serie A giants AC Milan are understood to be interested in the 27-year-old defender, who is said to be valued at £23m, and the north London outfit will reportedly be open to parting ways with the Ivorian for the right price.
According to Sky Sports News, Aurier is persistently on Leverkusen’s radar ahead of the 2020-21 campaign, and the German club are looking to pip Milan to the full-back’s signature.
The Ivorian will see his contract at Spurs expire until June 2022.
Aurier has scored once and registered five assists from 33 Premier League appearances in the most recent campaign.
