Celtic keen on signing Man City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo?

Celtic have reportedly “explored” the possibility of signing Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo as they look to recruit a permanent stopper ahead of next season.

According to The Times, the Hoops are looking at various options between the sticks to bolster their goalkeeping department and identified the Chile international as a potential summer signing.

Bravo, 37, has made 60 appearances for City and he could be available as a free agent at the end of the campaign.

The shot-stopper has just a month left to run on his contract at the Etihad Stadium but the Premier League champions may extend his contract on a short-term basis for the remainder of the season.

It has been reported that Bravo would prefer regular game time at the final stage of his career and that could see him look somewhere else for a fresh challenge when the season ends.
