Wolverhampton Wanderers looking to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Palhinha?

Sporting Lisbon ace Joao Palhinha is reportedly the subject of interest from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Wolves are already considering their options ahead of the 2020-21 season.

According to O Jogo, the West Midlands outfit may add another Portuguese player to their squad having opened negotiations for Palhinha who is currently on loan at Braga.

The 24-year-old defensive midfielder is no stranger to Wolves having faced them twice in the Europa League.

The report adds that the Portuguese giants are open to cashing in on the midfielder, who is valued in the region of €15million.

Palhinha has contributed four goals and one assist in 35 games for Braga so far this season.
