Report – Arsenal to make summer swoop for Adam Lallana
Arsenal have reportedly expressed an interest in making an audacious move for Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana, according to The Telegraph, as quoted by Metro.
The Gunners are contemplating a potential swoop to sign the former Southampton skipper in this summer’s transfer window.
The report states that the 31-year-old playmaker will leave the Reds on a free transfer when his contract expires at the end of the season.
Leicester City are currently in the lead to sign Lallana given that the attacker has previously worked with Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers.
The report goes on to claim – Arsenal, West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur are all interested in signing the Englishman this summer.
The attacking midfielder has been limited to just five starts and 11 substitute appearances in the Premier League this season as Jurgen Klopp uses the player as an impact substitute.
