Inter Milan are lining up a swoop for Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the January transfer window.
The 30-year-old Gabonese, whose contract at the Emirates expires in 2022, has been linked with a move away from the Gunners over the summer.
The La Liga giants Real Madrid have expressed keen interest in securing the services of the Gabon international next summer in order to replace Karim Benzema.
However, according to Tuttomercatoweb as quoted by The Sun, Inter Milan boss Antonio Conte is a big fan of Aubameyang and ramped up his interest in signing him ahead of January.
Reports have suggested that there was no chance of Aubameyang signing a new deal at the Emirates if Unai Emery had continued as the club’s manager.
It is reported that Aubameyang may nonetheless leave the Gunners if they fail to reach the top four.
