Manchester United have reportedly stepped up their interest in Tottenham Hotspur attacker Christian Eriksen in the latter stages of the summer transfer window.
According to The Independent, the Red Devils could now switch their attention to Eriksen, who will see his current deal expire at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have already signed Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, while the 20-time English champions are said to have finally agreed a deal to sign Harry Maguire from Leicester City.
Eriksen has been strongly linked with a move away from the north London this summer, with La Liga giants Real Madrid are also believed to be admirers.
The report, though, claims that any move for the Denmark international depends on Paulo Dybala, who is likely to arrive Old Trafford.
