The Brazil international is currently preparing for the 2019-20 campaign, but the attacker is expected to move on before the end of the summer transfer window.
Valencia have been linked with a move for the 26-year-old, who has missed a lot of football over the past two seasons due to knee injuries.
However, the report claims, Fiorentina are mulling over a summer move for the South American with Barca only said to be looking for a fee of £13.5m.
Rafinha has made 87 first-team appearances for the Catalan giants in all competitions.
His contract at Camp Nou expires until June 2020.
